CRAFT BEER FACTORY Production capacity of the Microbrewery is 5 Lakh litres/ annum - largest in Maharashtra. R&D; Lab with emphasis on control and development of yeast as well as control of production parameters.

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter who knows how to turn ideas into words that make people stop scrolling, start reading, and take action. If you love crafting clever headlines, punchy campaign copy, and brand messaging that actually sounds human, this could be your kind of role.

As part of our fast-moving marketing agency, you’ll work across a range of outlets and projects, helping our brand find its voice and telling our story in a way that stands out.

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our marketing agency team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling, clear, and persuasive content for a variety of events and channels, helping our brand connect with audiences and achieve our marketing goals. A person who would take complete ownership of his/her area of responsibility rather than operate in a task driven approach.

He/she will collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to drive the marketing plan with minimal supervision.

What you’ll do:

- Write copy that grabs attention and gets results across digital, social, email, web, ads, and more
- Come up with smart, creative concepts and messaging that fit our brand and marketing goals
- Track social media, marketing and viral trends and incorporate relevant trends into content.
- Support PR, influencer marketing and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with content/PR agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
- Contribute to campaign ideas, concepts and pitch decks.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone and messaging.
- Develop creative, engaging and brand-aligned copy across for Instagram, Facebook, website, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Write captions, storytelling content, brochures, invitations, press releases and campaign content.




- Develop and manage the monthly content calendar.
- Edit, polish, and proof your work until it shines. Proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Adapt tone and style for different audiences, patrons, and platforms
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, account managers, and other creative minds
- Research clients, industries, and target audiences to make the copy smarter and stronger
- Juggle multiple projects without losing your cool
- Take feedback like a pro and make the work even better. Revise content based on feedback from clients and internal teams
- Stay updated with SEO, digital marketing and emerging content trends.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience as a Copywriter, ideally in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency setting

· Experience of 2+ years in copywriting/content/brand communication, preferably with exposure to hospitality or lifestyle brands.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- A good instinct for brand voice, tone, and storytelling
- Ability to generate creative campaign ideas and adapt content for different platforms.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and/or content management tools
- A compelling portfolio of writing samples

An added plus:

- Experience with SEO copywriting
- Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign strategy. An understanding of how copy supports strategy and conversions. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer psychology

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media / Advertising, BBA in Marketing, Bachelor's Degree in Journalism &

Location: In either of our offices in Mumbai, Pune, or Nashik

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Saturday. 10:30am to 7:30pm. Flexibility to work extended hours during critical projects.
