You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Cooks are Responsible for preparing authentic Old Delhi-style Nihari and traditional Mughlai delicacies , preparing authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and related regional specialties, preparing authentic Amritsari Kulchas, breads, and traditional Punjabi preparing authentic Lucknowi kebabs, roomali roti, sheermal, warqi paratha, and other Awadhi specialties while maintaining traditional cooking standards and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 year work experience as Cook in a hotel or restaurant with valuable standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
