The Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to tell TOFAA's story every day. You will create the content that makes companies want to gift with us: products, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, client stories and our founder's voice, across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
What you will do
Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
Shoot and edit reels and photos of gift boxes, hampers, packing, deliveries and events
Write captions, LinkedIn posts, catalogue and website copy, case studies and newsletters
Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence
Engage with our community and pass every enquiry to Sales quickly
Collect testimonials and unboxing content from client orders
- Track what works and share monthly performance reports
