About the Role

ORGITS is looking for a talented, research-oriented Content Writer Intern with excellent English writing skills and the ability to produce well-researched, informative, and professional content on business, finance, taxation, regulatory developments, and compliance.

The candidate must be a graduate and willing to work full-time from our office in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and write high-quality articles on business, finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyse recent regulatory developments and explain their practical implications for businesses and industries.
- Create well-structured, factually accurate, and reader-friendly content.
- Verify information using credible and authoritative sources.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, originality, readability, and professional presentation.
- Contribute to website blogs, business articles, and other content requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a graduate from a recognised university.
- Excellent written English and grammar.
- Strong research, analytical, and content structuring skills.
- Ability to understand complex business and regulatory topics and explain them clearly.
- Familiarity with finance, taxation, compliance, or regulatory developments is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working full-time, in office, at our Connaught Place office in New Delhi.




- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant writing experience are welcome to apply.

Mandatory Writing Assignment

Candidates must complete and submit articles on both of the following topics as part of the selection process.

Topic 1: Recent IRDAI Regulatory Reforms

Title: Recent IRDAI Regulatory Reforms: Impact on Insurance Companies and the Indian Insurance Industry The article should discuss recent regulatory reforms introduced by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), their objectives, and their practical impact on insurance companies, policyholders, and the Indian insurance industry.

Topic 2: Recent EPF Regulatory Changes

Title: Recent Changes in EPF Regulations: Practical Impact on Employers, Payroll Cost and Compliance The article should examine recent changes in Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) regulations and explain their practical implications for employers, payroll costs, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.

Assignment Submission Guidelines

- Submit both articles in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Conduct thorough research using credible and authoritative sources.
- Focus on recent developments and verify the accuracy of regulatory information.
- Include relevant examples, practical implications, and clear explanations.
- Use appropriate headings, subheadings, and a conclusion.




- Include references or source links for factual and regulatory claims.
- Ensure the content is original, plagiarism-free, and professionally written.

There is recommended limit of 800-1200 word limit. Candidates should focus on the quality of research, depth of analysis, clarity, and overall writing quality.
