We're Hiring: Content Creator & Organic Growth Executive

The RoleWe are looking for someone who can turn key health topics into content people actually want to watch, share, and discuss.

This is not just a desk-based social media job.

You'll be scripting, shooting, directing, meeting people, collaborating with influencers and experimenting with fresh ways to build awareness for Reeba.

Your mission is to help build Reeba into a trusted and recognisable metabolic health brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop engaging content around sugar, metabolic health, nutrition, lifestyle and preventive wellness.
- Create scripts, hooks, storyboards and shoot plans for short-form videos.
- Shoot and direct founder-led content, expert conversations, product demonstrations and educational reels.
- Conduct street interviews, public interactions, consumer taste tests and on-ground content activities, with appropriate consent.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness creators and relevant communities.
- Plan organic campaigns, content series, challenges and other creative brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Designer/Editor to deliver finished content.
- Develop distribution plans across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Track performance, identify successful content formats and continuously improve.




- Ensure that health information is accurate, responsibly communicated and approved where necessary.

Required Skills
- Excellent storytelling, communication and scripting ability.
- Confidence with smartphone or camera-based content production.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current digital content formats.
- Ability to direct shoots and make subjects comfortable on camera.
- Creativity, curiosity, initiative and willingness to work outside the office.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills for influencer collaborations.
- Interest in health, food, nutrition and consumer behaviour.
- Hindi and English communication skills; Marathi is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Establish 3–4 recurring content series for Reeba.
- Produce 12–16 original short-form video shoots monthly.
- Coordinate regular founder-led and expert-led content.
- Conduct at least four field-based content activities monthly.
- Build a qualified influencer pipeline and activate 2–4 collaborations per month.
- Improve engagement quality through shares, saves, watch time, enquiries and attributable traffic.
