Mandates are led by CS Chetna Shoor and delivered in collaboration with a network of practising Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, and advocates across offices in Dwarka, Recent Delhi, and Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. Role Description The Content Creator will work on-site in Delhi, India, under a contract arrangement, producing clear and engaging content that supports Expertvuw’s corporate compliance and advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting website copy, service descriptions, blog posts, case summaries, and explainer content on topics such as RBI approvals, IPO readiness, corporate governance, and share recovery processes. The role involves researching regulatory updates, translating complex legal and compliance information into accessible language,



and aligning content with the firm’s brand voice and professional standards.

The Content

Creator will collaborate with senior consultants and practice leads to develop content assets for digital channels, client communications, presentations, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The position requires regular coordination with the on-site team to plan content calendars, incorporate feedback, and meet agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including research, drafting, and editing, with the ability to explain complex regulatory and financial topics in clear, accessible language.
- Experience producing professional content for corporate, legal, financial, or consulting environments, such as articles, web pages, client notes, and presentation copy.
- Ability to plan and structure content for websites and digital assets, including basic understanding of audience needs, information hierarchy, and clarity of messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for local stakeholder communication.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in terminology, and commitment to fact-checking and compliance with internal review processes.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi, India, with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts, managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Law, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior exposure to corporate compliance, finance, or law is a plus.
