- Lead overall construction execution and project management activities.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, and timelines.
- Oversee billing, BOQ, measurements, RA Bills, and quantity verification.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues effectively.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structure projects Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Planning, Billing, Quality Control IS Codes
- Solid coordination and team management skills
