About the Role

At Refyne, community engagement and financial education drive our user trust and platform growth.

As a Community Management Intern, you will take ownership of our user communities, focusing on managing and growing our WhatsApp channels. In this role, you’ll curate financial updates, craft engaging content, run interactive community initiatives, and experiment with growth strategies.

Joining us means gaining hands-on experience in community-led growth, user psychology, and FinTech marketing.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple WhatsApp channels, focusing on increasing overall subscriber growth and community retention.
- Source, format, and publish daily financial news, industry updates,



and educational personal finance content tailored for chat-based consumption.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives—such as quick polls, interactive quizzes, and Q&A; sessions—to foster active community participation.
- Monitor community conversations to gather user feedback, identify common pain points, and share actionable insights with Product and Marketing teams.
- Maintain a helpful, engaging, and professional brand voice across all interactions to ensure a safe, high-quality community environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Deep familiarity with WhatsApp platform tools (Channels, Groups, Communities) and chat-based user engagement dynamics.
- Basic understanding of or a strong interest in learning about personal finance, financial markets, and FinTech.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm fresh content ideas, engagement hooks, and growth tactics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously without compromising quality or timing.
