The team delivers end-to-end services, including social media management, SEO, Meta and Google Ads, and marketing research, to optimize clients’ digital presence. CBS also produces high-quality visual content such as social media videos, corporate films, music videos, documentaries, and product shoots for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TV.

Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting CBS’s digital marketing and video production services, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. The associate will schedule and conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include following up with prospects, nurturing relationships with existing clients,



and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs. The role is incentive-driven, with earnings tied to performance, and requires consistent on-ground networking, market research, and participation in events or industry meetups to expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Sales and client acquisition skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
- Account management and relationship-building abilities to nurture long-term client partnerships.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, online ads) and creative content production.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in person, by phone, and online.
- Ability to work toward targets, handle commission-based compensation, and stay motivated in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking software).
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or media/creative industries is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings if required.
