Role DescriptionJob Title: Accounts & Commercial Executive

Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Commercial Executive to manage invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, commercial documentation and coordination with channel partners across both our brands.

Key Responsibilities1. Invoicing & Purchase Orders

- Review purchase orders received from channel partners and generate accurate sales invoices.
- Raise purchase orders with vendors and manufacturers based on business requirements.
- Maintain and update PO trackers, invoice records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure invoices follow the prescribed naming conventions and agreed commercial terms.

2. GRN & Invoice Reconciliation

- Review GRNs against invoices and purchase orders, identifying quantity, pricing and other discrepancies.
- Reconcile vendor, warehouse and logistics invoices against agreed contracts and rate cards.
- Raise debit notes and follow up on deductions, shortages and commercial discrepancies.
- Coordinate with channel partners and vendors to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues.

3. Payment & Accounts Coordination

- Track payment receipts and coordinate with channel partners regarding short payments, deductions and outstanding amounts.
- Share purchase and sales data with the accounts team for timely accounting.




- Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly MIS preparation and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of pending payments, claims and adjustments.

4. Inventory & Purchase Coordination

- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels.
- Track sales movement and support demand forecasting and stock replenishment planning.
- Raise purchase orders to manufacturers based on replenishment requirements.
- Track return shipments (RTVs) and coordinate inventory and commercial reconciliation.

5. Reporting & Follow-ups

- Maintain accurate trackers for POs, invoices, GRNs, payments and pending reconciliations.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting outstanding discrepancies and pending closures.
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, warehouses and channel partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounts, commercial accounting, sales accounting, accounts receivable/payable or commercial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic reconciliation formulas.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, sales invoicing, GRNs, debit notes, credit notes and payment reconciliation.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills with the ability to independently resolve discrepancies.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, quick commerce or distribution businesses is preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.
