Role Description The Clinical Pharmacist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Tiruchengodu.

The Clinical

Pharmacist will provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication review, therapy optimization, and patient counseling in collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, ensuring accurate dispensing, overseeing compounding practices, and monitoring for drug interactions and adverse effects. The role involves supporting secure medication use through clinical rounds, documentation, and participation in treatment planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care, with a focus on patient safety and clinical decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Pharmacy and Medicine, including pharmacology, therapeutics, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Compounding, with attention to quality, accuracy, and regulatory standards.
