Company Description RSE (Red Smile Entertainments) is a white-label post-production house specializing in wedding and corporate video editing for studios worldwide. Founded in 2018, the company has grown from a single editor to a dedicated team of 10 professionals serving clients across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. RSE works under strict NDAs, delivering all files under each client’s branding so that end viewers never know a third party was involved.

The team manages wedding films, highlight reels, event coverage, and corporate videos, helping studios stay focused on production while RSE clears their editing backlog. RSE also offers free 30–60 second trial edits, giving potential partners a risk-free way to experience the service.

Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Outreach Executive based in Gandhinagar, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

The Client Outreach

Executive will engage with existing and prospective studio partners, introduce RSE’s post-production services, and coordinate trial edits and onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting calls or virtual meetings, understanding client requirements, and ensuring smooth handover of projects to the editing team.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, gathering feedback from clients, and supporting long-term relationship building. Collaboration with the operations and editing teams will be essential to align client expectations with delivery timelines and service quality.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, clarify requirements, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Account Management and Consulting abilities to understand studio workflows, recommend suitable services, and support ongoing client relationships.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, present RSE’s value proposition, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Comfort with digital tools (CRM, email, video conferencing) and basic understanding of video production or post-production workflows.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles in media, creative services, or B2B environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
