- Engage with prospective parents through phone calls and follow-ups to introduce our services and understand their needs.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients by explaining our offerings, addressing concerns, and guiding parents through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

- Call and connect with a database of prospective parents who have expressed interest in our services.
- Build trust with parents, communicate the value of our offerings, and handle questions or objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects consistently to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM or tracking sheet.




- Work closely with the founder to improve sales conversations, identify common objections, and refine the client acquisition process.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with parents over the phone and building rapport.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer acquisition, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
