Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for commercial, government, corporate, and residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with architects and other consultants, conducting site visits, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. The role involves planning and designing site infrastructure such as stormwater management systems, roads,



and utilities, as well as assisting with cost estimates, schedules, and technical reports.

The Civil

Engineer will also collaborate with project teams and contractors to resolve technical issues and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop and review structural and infrastructure plans.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on multidisciplinary projects, collaborating effectively with architects, planners, and consultants.
- Skills in Planning for project sites, layouts, and infrastructure, including coordination of design, scheduling, and resource requirements.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices, including drainage design and compliance with relevant codes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools); familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site supervision skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Surat as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
