Role Description The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Vallyron will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution across products and solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves overseeing software, AI, automation, IoT, and web technology initiatives to ensure they are aligned with business goals and client needs. The CTO will guide architecture decisions, define technical roadmaps, and manage engineering teams, including mentoring team members and establishing best practices for development, testing, deployment, and security.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and prioritizing projects, collaborating with founders and business stakeholders, assessing new technologies, and ensuring delivery of robust,



scalable, and maintainable systems. The CTO will also contribute to technical presales, support key client discussions, and help shape Vallyron’s product portfolio and innovation pipeline.

Qualifications

- Strong background in software engineering, including experience with modern web technologies, APIs, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on leadership in AI, automation, and data-driven systems, with the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies where relevant.
- Exposure to IoT, embedded electronics, or hardware-software integrations, with an understanding of practical deployment and reliability considerations.
- Proven experience in technical strategy, solution design, and end-to-end product development for startups or growing businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with a focus on transforming complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with founders, clients, and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a senior technical leadership role (e.g., Head of Engineering, CTO, or equivalent) in a product or technology services company is highly beneficial.
