Role Summary

Leadership office / strategic execution We are looking for a sharp, structured and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work directly with the CPTO across critical product, technology, AI, platform and business transformation initiatives. The role will bridge leadership intent and ground execution by tracking priority projects, coordinating interventions, measuring outcomes against expectations and keeping product and technology leaders aligned

Key Responsibilities-

- Partner with the CPTO to drive priority initiatives across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, Security and Business teams.
- Track initiatives against goals, timelines, owners, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
- Run the operating rhythm: weekly dashboards, action trackers, project health reports and escalation notes.
- Liaise with product and tech leaders to identify blockers, drive follow-ups and ensure closure on commitments.




- Convert strategic discussions into clear execution plans, milestones, decision notes and review material.- Measure actual outcomes vs expectations and highlight gaps early.
- Drive cross-functional coordination where ownership is distributed across multiple teams.

Ideal Candidate

- Profile- 5-10 years of experience in product, strategy, program management, business operations, consulting or technology leadership support.
- Strong understanding of product and technology environments; internet, SaaS, marketplace, consumer tech, SMB tech or digital platform experience preferred.
- Excellent program management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.- Strong analytical ability; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, business reviews and outcome tracking.
- High ownership, discretion and maturity; able to work closely with senior leadership.- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create crisp notes, review decks and action summaries.- Ability to influence without authority and work across senior stakeholders

Educational Qualifications

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.- Engineering degree / B.Tech / BE preferred, especially for candidates working closely with technology teams.
- Strong product, analytics, consulting or program management experience may be considered in place of a specific degree combination.
- Certifications in product management, program management, analytics or agile delivery will be an added advantage
