Role Description The Car Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process. Day-to-day activities include welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, presenting suitable Toyota models, and conducting product demonstrations and test drives. The role involves explaining pricing, offers, and financing options, preparing quotations, and supporting customers with documentation and delivery formalities.

Salesperson also follows up with prospects, maintains relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals,



and coordinates with service and support teams to ensure a positive experience before and after the sale. Accurate maintenance of sales records and adherence to dealership processes and brand standards are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage diverse customers and explain products clearly.
- Knowledge of Automotive Sales practices and basic understanding of passenger vehicles, features, and value propositions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including weekends and peak business hours as required.
- Proficiency in local languages and English for effective customer interaction and documentation.
- Basic computer skills for handling CRM tools, emails, and reporting.
- Prior experience in automobile sales or retail customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
