Position 1: Personal AssistantRole Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to provide administrative and coordination support to the President of POSSPOLE. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication, time-management, and organisational skills, along with the ability to handle responsibilities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with email correspondence, documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain records, track pending tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with department heads, business partners, visitors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information professionally and responsibly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic documentation.

Ecosystem Tour Guide & Visitor Relations ExecutiveRole Overview We are looking for a confident and articulate individual to represent POSSPOLE during ecosystem tours, institutional visits, partner meetings, and guest interactions. The selected candidate will be responsible for presenting the POSSPOLE ecosystem, explaining its key initiatives, and ensuring visitors have a professional and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct guided tours of the POSSPOLE ecosystem for visitors, industry leaders, institutional representatives, and partners.
- Explain the organisation’s vision, mission, business verticals, and innovation initiatives.
- Welcome and coordinate visitors, delegations, and guests.
- Deliver presentations and communicate information about POSSPOLE’s ecosystem and facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to organise tours, demonstrations, and visitor interactions.
- Assist in managing visit schedules, event logistics, and visitor records.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and informative environment for all guests.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com graduate.
