Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and renting residential properties, including land and plots. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property visits, maintaining property listings, and coordinating documentation and basic due diligence.

The role involves managing inquiries, following up with leads, and collaborating with internal team members to close transactions efficiently.



The candidate will also support market research, gather local real estate data, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, including clear spoken and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of real estate practices, property documentation, and local Gurugram/Delhi NCR property markets.
- Sound organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software or CRM tools to manage listings and client data.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram and travel locally for property visits as needed.
- Relevant education in business, commerce, or real estate is beneficial; prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
