About the RoleCareer Spotters Global Private Limited is looking for qualified and experienced Career Counsellors to support its growing career counselling services across Delhi NCR.

This role involves facilitating psychometric career assessments, conducting one-to-one and group career counselling sessions, coordinating with students and parents, and supporting counselling operations and project delivery.

We also welcome applications from freelance career experts interested in conducting career talks, Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions, and 21st-century soft skills training workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate psychometric career assessments and deliver individual and group career counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with students and parents for counselling appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate student records, CRM entries, spreadsheets, and project trackers.
- Manage MIS and prepare periodic reports for career counselling services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of counselling projects.
- Support student engagement, counselling operations, and project management activities.





Required Qualifications and Experience
- Regular graduate/postgraduate degree in Psychology.
- Certification in Career Counselling from a reputed organisation.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in career services delivery.
- Knowledge of career counselling and psychometric assessments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp communication, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/data management.

Work Arrangement
- Location: Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida and Delhi.
- Work model: Hybrid, typically 3 days working from home and 2 days working from the office per week, subject to project requirements.
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
- Timings: Adaptable, based on project requirements.
