Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Part-Time Videographer / Camera Operator to execute scheduled monthly production shoots for our agency clients. You will be shooting high-end visual content across luxury interior spaces—such as bespoke modular kitchens, architectural wall paneling, wardrobes, and glass partitions—as well as agile B2B industrial and machinery setups.

Because all production equipment is provided by LeafLux Media, your sole focus on set is technical execution: dialing in the lighting, perfecting the framing, operating the gimbal smoothly, and capturing crisp, cinematic B-rolls that make our clients' work look world-class.

Key Responsibilities

- Camera Operation: Operate mirrorless/cinema camera bodies in full manual mode, selecting optimal frame rates (60fps/120fps for slow-motion), shutter speeds, and flat/log color profiles for post-production grading.
- Gimbal Operation: Execute ultra-smooth 3-axis gimbal movements, including continuous spatial walkthroughs, push-ins, parallax orbits, and seamless speed-ramp transitions.
- High-Quality Cinematics & • B-Rolls:

Capture tight, tactile macro shots of textures (wood grains,



stone surfaces, glass finishes, and hardware details) alongside wide, symmetrical architectural reveals and before-and-after transformations.
- Lighting & • Framing:

Set up and shape portable studio lighting and modifiers on location; control natural light, eliminate unwanted glare on glass or polished surfaces, and compose clean, minimalist frames with strong negative space.
- On-Set Efficiency: Collaborate with our creative team to execute pre-planned scripts and shot lists, ensuring we batch-shoot multiple high-retention Reels within scheduled shoot windows.

Qualifications & • Skills
- Proven Showreel: Demonstrated experience shooting commercial B-rolls, luxury real estate/interiors, architectural walkthroughs, or product cinematics (Instagram Reels/YouTube portfolio required).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with modern full-frame cameras, prime and zoom lenses, 3-axis motorized gimbals (e.g., DJI RS series), and portable LED/COB lighting setups.
- Compositional Eye: Deep understanding of symmetry, leading lines, rule of thirds, and vertical (9:16) vs. horizontal (16:9) framing for multi-platform publishing.
- Reliability & • Mobility:

Punctual, organized, and comfortable traveling to client project sites across Delhi NCR (such as Gurgaon, Sonipat, and Bhiwadi) for scheduled shoot days.
- Team Player: Ability to take creative direction on set, handle provided agency gear with care, and maintain a professional presence at high-ticket client locations.
