About the CompanyWe are an upcoming startup in the health and wellness industry, currently in the planning stage of launching our own brand of kids' and adult nutrition products.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Head who can take complete ownership of building the business from scratch, including brand launch, marketing, sales, operations, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall business strategy and brand launch plan.
- Lead the planning and market launch of kids' and adult nutrition products.
- Build brand positioning, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Manage digital marketing, performance advertising, and influencer campaigns.
- Establish sales channels, distributor networks, and retail partnerships.




- Recruit and lead marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, profitability, and P&L.;
- Coordinate product development, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships within the nutrition and wellness industry.

Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in nutrition, health supplements, wellness, or related consumer product industries.
- Proven experience in launching brands or building businesses from scratch.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, and distribution.
- Experience in business strategy, P&L; management, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of kids' and adult nutrition markets will be an added advantage.
- Solid entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently establish and scale a startup.
