Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Indore.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality, corporate, and institutional segments, focusing on luxury textiles, linens, uniforms, and related products. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with hotel groups, resorts, dealers, and corporate clients, and conducting client meetings and product presentations. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, production, and delivery,



and tracking sales performance against targets.

The Business Development

Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage key hospitality and corporate accounts.
- Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver clear product demonstrations and professional proposals.
- Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in textiles, hospitality supplies, uniforms, or related B2B industries is highly beneficial.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Textile Management, Hospitality) or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and reporting of sales metrics is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel to client locations as needed, and meet defined sales and growth targets.
