CashLe Capitals is a fintech company offering business loans, working capital solutions, invoice discounting, and financial services to businesses across India. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call prospective clients from the leads provided by the company.

Schedule meetings between clients and the sales/business team.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding documentation and process updates.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Handle customer queries professionally and build strong client relationships.

Ensure end-to-end coordination till successful closure/disbursal of the case.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.





Maintain skilled communication and positive client handling.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Professional attitude and customer handling skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience (Freshers are not allowed).

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Gender Preference: Male & Female candidates both preferred.
