Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ghaziabad.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors and clients, and support market expansion efforts. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client outreach, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves close coordination with internal teams for pricing, product information, and order follow-up to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.





The Business Development

Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Business and Account Management skills to manage portfolios, maintain client relationships, and support long-term growth.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in food, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage field visits, and travel as required.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities with a goal-oriented mindset.
