Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of 100-150 prospects
- Pitch digital marketing, creative, content and AI video services to brands
- Create proposals and pitch decks
- Negotiate and close new business deals
- Manage client relationships for repeat work
- Attend 3-5 client meetings a week within Kolkata
What we're looking for:
Must-have:-
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or creative agencies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience building pitch decks
- Working knowledge of creative content and digital marketing
Positive-to-have:-
- Knowledge of AI video and content services
- MBA in Marketing (not mandatory)
