? Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Sunday Off

? Experience: 1+ Years in Telecalling/Telesales + Team Lead experience

? What You'll Do:

- Convert warm inbound leads through consultative sales
- Handle premium/high-value gemstone & Rudraksha products
- Drive conversions, follow-ups & monthly sales targets
- Build robust customer relationships
- Mentor and support junior sales team members

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ Strong communication in Hindi & English

✔️ Prior telesales/telecalling experience

✔️ Team Lead/mentoring experience

✔️ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

✔️ Target-oriented mindset

✔️ Marathi proficiency will be an added advantage
