Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and referral partners, and promote Along Home Healthcare’s services to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, outreach calls and meetings, maintaining and updating client databases, and preparing proposals and presentations. The role involves managing ongoing client accounts, addressing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets.





The Executive will also support local marketing initiatives, participate in community and medical networking events, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with the ability to identify opportunities and expand market presence.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, follow-up, and conversion of inquiries into clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, home healthcare, or service-based industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel locally for meetings, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with comfort using CRM or basic office software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
