Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a strong prospect database of construction companies, builders, contractors, and suppliers across Kerala and the GCC.
- Connect with business owners and marketing decision-makers through cold calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Understand prospects’ businesses, existing marketing efforts, and growth objectives to assess their requirements.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and meetings, both online and in person.
- Collaborate with the founder to develop proposals, prepare pitches, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline stages using the CRM or sales tracker.
- Research the market to identify potential clients, track competitors, and spot new projects and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for outreach, meetings, proposals, and client acquisition.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.



Hindi or Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
- Confidence in making cold calls, initiating conversations, and handling rejection professionally.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services such as social media management, Meta Ads, SEO, and video marketing.
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to follow up consistently.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
