Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon for a Business Co-Founder and Strategic Investor. The role involves collaborating with the founding team to refine the company’s vision, growth strategy, and go-to-market plans, with a strong focus on retail and restaurant finance automation. The individual will oversee business development, build strategic partnerships, and support key sales and marketing initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, evaluating product-market fit, contributing to pricing and commercial models, and guiding investment and resource allocation decisions.



The role also requires active participation in leadership meetings, mentoring team members, and representing the company to potential clients, investors, and ecosystem partners, while providing strategic capital and long-term direction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess markets, financial models, and growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to influence stakeholders, negotiate with partners, and represent the company externally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive customer acquisition, close strategic deals, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in the retail and restaurant segments.
- Relevant experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or financial automation solutions, preferably serving retail or hospitality clients.
- Demonstrated track record in founding, scaling, or significantly growing a business, including strategic investment or equity participation.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field is preferred; MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
