About the roleHelp QBYSS improve internal processes by understanding needs, documenting requirements and supporting practical changes. You’ll connect colleagues’ day-to-day challenges with explicit workflows, systems and reporting requirements.

What you’ll do· Gather requirements from engineering, commercial and operational colleagues.





· Map existing processes and identify bottlenecks and information gaps.

· Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Support evaluation and testing of internal systems and process changes.

· Maintain documentation and track whether changes address the original need.

What we’re looking for· Analytical thinking and the ability to ask clear, structured questions.

· Strong written communication and careful documentation.

· Confidence using spreadsheets and organising business information.

· Relevant projects or experience involving processes, systems or analysis.

Useful but not essential· Exposure to process mapping, CRM systems or project tools.

· Basic SQL, reporting or workflow automation skills.
