Role Description The BPO Sales Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the team member will manage and support day-to-day sales processes, including handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and customer service teams, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy in CRM or internal systems, and supporting lead management and conversion activities. The role involves resolving customer queries related to sales,



monitoring adherence to sales workflows, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The team member will be expected to meet performance targets while maintaining high service quality and professional communication standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally, handle queries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare performance reports, identify trends, and support decision-making for process and sales improvements.
- Relevant experience in BPO, contact center, or sales operations environments is beneficial, particularly within high-volume call handling setups.
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in the Pune Division, with adaptability, time management, and a focus on meeting targets and service-level agreements.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred; familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting will be an advantage.
