Hiring: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (C2C) | Remote – India

We are looking for motivated and experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters to market IT consultants for C2C contract opportunities in the United States.

This is a fully remote, performance-driven opportunity for individuals with strong vendor relationships, excellent communication skills, and the ability to secure successful consultant placements.

Key Responsibilities

Market IT consultants for US C2C contract positions.

Identify contract requirements through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, vendor networks, and other sourcing channels.

Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies.

Submit consultant profiles to suitable requirements.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placements.

Build and expand an active US staffing vendor network.

Maintain regular updates on submissions, interviews, and closures.

Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term vendor relationships.

Requirements





Prior experience in US IT Bench Sales or C2C consultant marketing.

Good understanding of the US staffing market and recruitment processes.

Existing vendor contacts or implementation partner relationships preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Familiarity with marketing Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, QA, and other IT consultant profiles.

Proven placement experience is an advantage.
