? Job Responsibilities

- Handle and process non-motor insurance cases.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Manage policy documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely processing.
- Provide backend support for daily insurance operations and other assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

? Requirements

- Experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and policy processing.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
