Role Description This is a full-time, in office Associate role based in Kota. The Associate will support daily operations, assist customers with inquiries, and provide information about wellness products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling basic administrative tasks, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth service delivery. The role may also involve participating in wellness events, supporting promotional activities, and helping implement process improvements.



The Associate is expected to collaborate effectively, demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, and uphold Renatus Wellness standards in all interactions.
