Role Description The Associate General Manager role at Hala Mobility is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, and driving performance across key business functions.

The Associate General

Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and support strategic initiatives to grow the mobility platform.

Responsibilities include improving operational workflows, supporting business development activities, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.



The role also involves reporting to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights, and contributing to long-term planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, business administration, or general management in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively, with attention to process optimization and quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with mobility, transportation, EV, or clean tech sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and adapting to a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
