JUSTDOGS is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Retail Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and deliver an excellent shopping experience for pet parents. The ideal candidate should have robust retail experience, leadership skills, and a genuine love for pets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service

- Achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

2. Store Operations

- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure proper product displays, merchandising, pricing, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and product expiry dates.
- Coordinate stock replenishment, inward shipments, and stock transfers.




- Ensure smooth billing, online order processing, home deliveries, and spa bookings.

3. Team Management

- Supervise and guide retail sales associates.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
- Train team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Manage store operations independently in the Store Manager's absence.

4. Inventory & Reporting

- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
- Maintain daily sales reports and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant retail experience preferred.
- 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably with team-handling responsibilities.
