Role Description The Assistant Manager at Sarv SRK Mall is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing daily mall operations and supporting overall management. This role includes supervising staff, coordinating with retail tenants and the multiplex team, and monitoring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across the premises.

The Assistant

Manager assists in managing footfall, ensuring a positive guest experience, and handling customer queries and escalations in a professional manner.

Responsibilities also include supporting marketing and promotional activities, preparing basic reports on operations and sales performance,



and ensuring compliance with mall policies and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with senior management to implement operational improvements and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management skills, including staff supervision, shift coordination, and day-to-day facility oversight.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a guest-focused workplace.
- Basic administrative and reporting skills, including handling documentation, tracking performance metrics, and using office software.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, such as retail tenants, multiplex teams, vendors, and internal departments.
- Understanding of safety, security, and hygiene standards in a public retail space, with attention to detail in implementation.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or mall management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as required by mall operations.
