Role Description This full-time, on-site Assistant Housekeeping Manager role is based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.

The Assistant Housekeeping

Manager oversees laundry operations, coordinates inventory of linens and supplies, and ensures proper usage and storage of equipment and chemicals. The role includes supporting hiring and training of housekeeping team members,



monitoring performance, and reinforcing safety and hygiene protocols.

The Assistant Housekeeping

Manager also responds to guest requests and feedback, collaborates with front office and other departments to support smooth operations, and assists in maintaining documentation, schedules, and reports to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

- Solid supervisory and leadership skills, with experience managing housekeeping teams and daily operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of housekeeping and laundry processes, including room cleaning standards, linen management, and equipment handling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and training staff, with a focus on performance, safety, and service quality.
- Prior experience in hotels or resorts, preferably in housekeeping or operations; familiarity with destination or leisure properties is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic computer skills for handling reports, schedules, and inventory records; exposure to property management or housekeeping systems is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
