Role Purpose To manage and coordinate export logistics, shipping documentation, and shipment execution to ensure timely dispatch of export orders, compliance with international trade regulations, and smooth coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export documentation and SAP ERP processing.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA and logistics partners.
- Handle container bookings, vessel tracking, shipping instructions and Bill of Lading (BL) documentation.
- Ensure export compliance, RODTEP, preferential certificates and trade documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, accounts teams and overseas buyers for documentation and payment realization.
- Manage merchant trade exports and shipment logistics support.

- Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP)
- Understanding of Bill of Lading, VGM, SI documentation
