Role Description The Area Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India.

The Area

Manager will oversee multiple outlets within the assigned territory, ensuring operational excellence, consistent product quality, and adherence to company standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising store staff, monitoring inventory and supply levels, managing sales performance, and implementing promotional activities. The role involves conducting regular outlet visits, reviewing hygiene and food safety practices, and providing coaching and performance feedback to team members.

Manager will also analyze sales reports, address customer concerns, coordinate with central operations and supply chain teams, and support the opening of recent outlets as needed.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including outlet supervision, process implementation, and performance monitoring.
- Team leadership abilities, such as staff mentoring, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on handling feedback and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Sales and basic financial acumen, including reading sales reports, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local regulations in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across operations, supply chain, and management.
- Proficiency in using basic business software and digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and inventory tracking.
- Relevant experience in multi-outlet management or QSR/restaurant operations; prior experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, conduct frequent on-site visits, and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
