We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) / First Line Manager (FLM) to join our growing Dental Division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Drive prescription generation through doctor calling and field sales.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage stockists, distributors and secondary sales.
- Expand market coverage and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Eligibility:

- 3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device or Dental Sales.
- Experience in doctor calling, ethical pharma sales and prescription generation.
- Team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market.
- Dental industry experience is an advantage, not mandatory.
