Role Description The Area Sales Manager – Ahmedabad will manage and grow sales of Accurex Biomedical’s diagnostic products within the assigned territory. This full-time, on-site role is based in North Delhi and involves developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare providers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. The role includes planning and executing territory sales strategies, achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing post-sales support to customers.

Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The position also requires participating in conferences, workshops, and promotional events to represent the company and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Proven sales and business development skills in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or related industries, with the ability to achieve and exceed territory targets.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills to build long-term partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to clearly explain product benefits and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
- Territory management and planning skills, including route planning, pipeline management, and use of sales reporting tools or CRM software.
- Ability to analyze market data, track competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical, pharmacy, business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in in-vitro diagnostics, clinical chemistry, or similar domains is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area and work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
