ISBR is looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven professional to join our team!

We are looking for an Alumni Relations Executive who can strengthen alumni engagement, build meaningful connections, and create opportunities for collaboration between our alumni, students, and the institution.

Department: Alumni Relations / Institutional Relations

Key Responsibilities

- Alumni Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni across batches, programmes, and professional backgrounds.
- Alumni Database Management: Maintain and regularly update alumni records, contact details, career information, and engagement activities.
- Events and Networking: Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni meets, reunions, networking sessions, guest lectures, and other engagement initiatives.
- Communication and Outreach: Manage alumni communication through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Career and Mentorship Initiatives: Facilitate alumni participation in student mentoring, career guidance, industry interactions, internships, and placement-related activities.
- Corporate and Industry Connect: Identify opportunities to leverage alumni networks for industry partnerships, guest sessions, recruitment, and institutional collaborations.
- Success Stories and Achievements: Identify and document alumni achievements,



career milestones, and success stories for institutional communication and branding.
- Feedback and Engagement Tracking: Collect alumni feedback, monitor participation, and develop initiatives to improve alumni involvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the placement, admissions, marketing, and academic teams to strengthen the institution’s alumni network.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in alumni relations, relationship management, event coordination, student engagement, or institutional relations will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant digital tools.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities effectively.
