About us

Silly Pixel Studio is a boutique brand strategy and creative agency with offices in Mumbai and Jaipur and a remote team of around 10. We work with D2C brands, funded startups and premium clients across India, the UK and the Gulf.

The role

You will run our daily video editing flow, using AI tools to move fast and your own judgement to keep the work good. AI does the first pass. You decide what ships.

Our tool approach

- You will edit in a core tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, with After Effects for motion work
- You will also use a small set of AI tools for video generation, voice, captions, avatars and upscaling
- The studio provides all subscriptions and chooses the stack within a fixed monthly budget
- We review the stack every quarter and replace anything that is no longer the best value
- You are expected to test new tools and tell us what is worth paying for

How we work with AI

- AI handles repeatable work such as rough cuts, captions, resizing, clean-up and first-draft visuals and voiceovers
- Manual editing is your foundation, and AI is there to make it faster
- If an AI tool fails, gives a poor result or is unavailable, you finish the edit by hand without delay
- You review every output before it reaches a client, checking brand fit, accuracy, pacing and anything that looks off
- A second person approves the final cut before delivery

What you will do

- Edit reels, ads, brand films and social video daily from raw footage and briefs
- Produce AI-assisted video, voiceover and visuals within the studio's tool stack




- Keep each client's look and tone consistent across everything
- Deliver in the right formats for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Turn first cuts around within the agreed deadline and handle revisions fast and clearly
- Keep a straightforward shared workflow checklist so any teammate can follow it

What we are looking for

Must have

- Working knowledge of a core editing tool (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut), including cutting, trimming, transitions, colour correction, audio levelling, captions and exporting for each platform
- The ability to edit a full video manually, start to finish, without AI
- 1+ year of video editing experience
- Hands-on use of AI video or audio tools, shown in a portfolio of at least 3 pieces
- A good eye for pacing, typography and colour
- The habit of checking your own work before sending it
- Reliable deadlines and clear communication on WhatsApp and calls

Good to have

- Motion graphics in After Effects
- Understanding of brand and D2C content
- Prompt writing for video
