Role: AI Security Lead

Experience: 8+ years in Cybersecurity, with 2+ years in AI/ML Security or Advanced Application Security

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Security Lead to secure AI models, agents, and applications by implementing AI-specific security controls, threat assessments, and Responsible AI practices throughout the AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI Threat Modelling: Identify AI vulnerabilities, assess risks, and classify data and use cases.
- AI Security Testing: Test for prompt injection, data leakage, and LLM/agent vulnerabilities.
- Identity & Access Management: Manage agent permissions, IAM, secrets, and key security.
- Data Protection: Implement DLP, privacy, and Responsible AI controls.
- Security Assessments: Coordinate red teaming, penetration testing, and model risk reviews.
- Risk & Compliance: Track remediation, maintain security logs, and support risk approvals.





- Requirements & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in AI/ML security or advanced application security.
- Knowledge of AI threat modelling, OWASP LLM/agent risks, and Azure AI Content Safety.
- Experience with IAM, agent identity, secrets management, DLP, and data privacy.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, model risk, red teaming, and secure SDLC.
- Familiarity with security logging, auditing, and incident response.
- Robust stakeholder management and risk assessment skills.
