Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation Lead to drive an AI-first, lean SRE support model through intelligent automation, AIOps, Agentic AI, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. The candidate will design and implement secure, scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual support efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for IT operations and business process automation.
- Build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, AI assistants, and automated support solutions.
- Develop RAG-based solutions using LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise tools, APIs, knowledge bases, and ITSM platforms.
- Drive AIOps, incident management automation, intelligent troubleshooting, and self-service capabilities.
- Implement MCP-based integrations, access controls, AI governance, security, and auditability.
- Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevOps teams to optimize operational performance.
- Lead technical delivery, establish best practices,



and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of overall technology experience with strong hands-on expertise in AI automation and intelligent operations.
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, tool calling, and orchestration frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma.
- Understanding of MCP architecture and enterprise AI integrations.
- Experience with AIOps, SRE, incident automation, knowledge management, or IT operations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and security controls.
- Experience with AI governance, RBAC, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building production-grade AI automation solutions.
- Exposure to ITSM platforms, self-service portals, and automated incident resolution.
- Background in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Digital Transformation.
