: Senior Agentic AI Developer

Experience: 6+ years overall, including 2+ years in GenAI/Agentic AILocation: Mumbai Job OverviewL&T; Finance is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably in high-volume B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, and Pydantic AI.
- Build LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, copilots, and conversational AI applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and LLaMA.
- Implement MCP, A2A protocols, tool calling, memory, and agent orchestration.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Deploy and optimize AI applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
- Monitor production performance, latency,



reliability, and cost.

Experience Requirements
- 6+ years of overall application development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Proven experience taking AI applications from PoC to production.
- Experience building scalable, reliable, high-volume applications.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems, LLM fine-tuning, GPU-based inference, and production observability.
