Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Agency

Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring agency partners and advisors to drive sales of ABHICL’s health insurance products. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and guidance to the agency team. The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies, managing customer relationships,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager will collaborate with regional leadership to identify market opportunities, conduct training sessions, and support business growth through effective agency network management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving targets and managing a sales funnel.
- Candidates should possess agency management and team leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate advisors or partners.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on consultative selling and service quality.
- Candidates should possess planning, reporting, and analytical skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize sales activities.
- Prior experience in health insurance, financial services, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, with familiarity with the local market and willingness to travel within the region as required.
