Role Description The Accountant role at Saince HealthTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts. Candidate will also take care of GST, TDS, PF, etc statutory compliances.

The Accountant will prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities also include processing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, assisting with audits, and providing accurate financial reports to management. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, using Tally accounting software,



and continuously improving financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, and knowledge of GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
- Candidates possessing strong knowledge in retail operations accounting are highly preferred.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable management, invoicing, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software Tally as well as solid Excel skills.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for management decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
